The Jasper Marble Festival Guide (jaspermarblefestival.com) is a WordPress site operated by Gold Peach Realty, a North Georgia real estate brokerage. This policy explains in plain language what the site collects and what we do with it.
What we collect
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read. We look at those numbers in aggregate, not person by person. Google Analytics uses cookies, which you can block or delete in your browser settings.
The contact form is built with Fluent Forms, a WordPress form plugin. If you use it, we receive what you type into it, such as your name, email address and message. The form sends your message to info@goldpeachrealty.com, and a copy of the submission is stored on the site so we can reply. The form also has a hidden honeypot field that people never see; automated spam tends to fill it in, and those submissions are rejected.
How we use it
We use form messages to reply to you, check corrections and, if you ask about real estate, follow up on your question. We don’t sell your personal data.
Listings and outside links
Featured homes are provided through Gold Peach Realty. Our pages link to outside sites such as the Pickens County Chamber of Commerce, VisitPickensGA.com, the National Park Service and the Tate House. Once you follow a link off this site, that site’s own privacy policy applies. We don’t share your form messages with the festival organizer.
Children
This site is written for adults planning a trip. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
