Most of the Georgia Marble Festival in Jasper, Georgia, is a craft fair and a music weekend set up in Lee Newton Park. The Pickens County Chamber of Commerce lists arts, crafts, music and performances on the Headliner and Performance Stages, festival food, quarry tours, live marble sculpting and chainsaw carving demonstrations, a caricature artist and a free Kids Zone (Pickens County Chamber). This page covers all of that except the tours, which have their own page.
Handmade arts and crafts
The Chamber’s rule is short: “All arts & crafts are handmade.” Its examples are woodworkers, marble sculptors, handmade clothing and homemade jams and jellies (Pickens County Chamber). The Chamber doesn’t publish a vendor count or a vendor list, so we can’t tell you who had a booth in 2026 or who’s coming back.
Food, retail and non-profit vendors
Food vendors serve festival food and sweet treats, and the Chamber also lists retail vendors and non-profit vendors. No food vendor names or menus were published for 2026.
Sculptors and demonstrations
The Chamber’s tourism site promised “various sculptors: Marble, Chainsaw & more” (Visit Pickens), and the festival page lists live demonstrations of marble sculpting and chainsaw carving plus a caricature artist. At a festival named for a stone, the marble carvers are the booth to stand at for a while. The stone is local: the Chamber says the Georgia marble vein under Pickens County runs 5 to 7 miles long, nearly half a mile wide and up to 2,000 feet deep (Visit Pickens).
Two stages
The Headliner Stage carries “live music, dancers, cloggers, ballet dancers & more all day Saturday and Sunday,” per the Chamber (Pickens County Chamber). The Performance Stage is listed too, but its lineup was not published for 2026.

Names are exactly as the Chamber’s tourism site printed them on October 1, 2026 (Visit Pickens). The bill matched what the Chamber promises: music acts mixed with two clogging teams, North GA Clogging & Dance on Saturday morning and the Carpet Capital Cloggers at Sunday lunchtime. Saturday ran later, with a 5 p.m. closer, while Sunday’s last act went on at 3 p.m. ahead of the 4 p.m. close.
Kids Zone
Free of charge. The Chamber’s list: a hay maze, football throw, bounce houses, ring toss, face painting, corn hole, inflatable slides, balloon animals and a hamster run (Pickens County Chamber). The one rule sits in quotation marks on the Chamber’s page.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the Kids Zone. (Pickens Chamber, checked Oct 18, 2026)
Festival shirts
The Chamber sells Marble Festival shirts, with a “limited selection and sizes available,” through the Chamber and Visitor Center (Pickens County Chamber). Prices and designs aren’t published. Call before you drive over for one; the office keeps weekday hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Becoming a vendor
The Chamber handles applications for arts and crafts, food, retail and non-profit booths. Its contact line for prospective vendors: the Pickens County Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Center at (706) 692-5600 or georgiamarblefestival@pickenschamber.com.
One warning. As of October 18, 2026, the application link on the Chamber’s vendor page still points to a 2025 form. Don’t fill out a 2025 form for a future booth. Ask the Chamber for the current application, fees and deadlines, none of which we could find on the live page.
The sponsor showcase
Businesses that sponsor the festival may get a space for a 10×10 tent and/or table to hand out information about the business, per the Chamber’s sponsorship page. Those spaces are optional, limited and first come (Pickens County Chamber). Ask the Chamber about sponsor levels; none are listed in the sources we checked.
Planning around the stages
In 2026 the festival ran 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, and adult admission was $5 (Know Pickens). Parking is free at the two shuttle lots (parking and shuttles), and no pets or smoking are allowed. If it’s your first trip, our first-timer guide walks through the day, and the 2026 recap has the hour-by-hour planner.
Lineup and vendor details as published by the Pickens County Chamber for 2026; details for 2027 may change.
